Virtues of the Month

Each month, we focus on a new virtue to study and highlight in all subject matters as part of our virtues program. Students receive specific instruction on these virtues in their Mass Families and are then called upon to put them into practice. This practice empowers students to live out the virtues and allows them to develop essential social and emotional skills, decision making abilities, and will draw them closer to God. Understanding that students may fail to live up to the virtues, the school works with the students to take accountability, to learn from their mistakes by providing guidance and opportunities for reflection, and provides fair and consistent consequences to help students understand the link between their actions and personal development.

Students living out the virtues, may be recognized with a Virtues Card, formally known as an ACTS card. These cards will be entered into a weekly and monthly drawing.
